Reduction: The Weight, Hypnotherapy and
YOU Weight Reduction Program is for clients who
wish to reduce their weight by 40 pounds or more.
This eight session program can be tailored for
each individual. You work through the program
at your own pace. The fee is discounted and the
fee is paid at the first session, nonrefundable.
Each client receives over $100 of free materials
including the book: Healthy Habits (co-authored
by Dr. Judy Pearson), a hypnotic relaxation CD,
and the Client Workbook. To participate in this
program, you must have had a recent physical examination,
and follow a sensible, medically-approved nutritional

Smoking
Cessation: The Motivational Strategies
Smoking Cessation Program consists of three individual
sessions based on guidelines of the American Cancer
Society and the American Lung Association. The
program is tailored for each client. The first
session is an interview with behavioral guidelines
for enhancing success. The second and third sessions
are hypnosis sessions. Session #2 focuses on motivation
to stop smoking. Session #3 focuses on remaining
smoke-free. This program is discounted and the
fee is paid at the first session. The client agrees
to discard all cigarettes prior to Session #2,
and following that session, no alcohol for 30
days. Follow-up sessions are available at an additional

Pain Management,
Hospitalization, Healing, and Recovery: Studies
show that hypnotherapy can reduce pain, help people
manage pain, and facilitate healing, rest, and
relaxation. Results are usually accomplished in
two to five sessions. I also offer sessions for
fears and anxiety regarding hospitalization, needles,
and medical procedures.
Insomnia and Sleep
Problems: Dr. Pearson is a recognized
expert
in hypnotherapy for sleep problems. Sleep
deprivation can affect health, safety, performance
and productivity. You owe it to yourself to get
a good night’s sleep.
